Nikku, just go on amazon.com (or .co.uk, .fr, or whatever) and search 'yuri' or 'shojo ai' and you'll probably find a bunch of those list-things. Or go on wikipedia and search 'yuri'. As I recall, they have a whole list of shojo-ai mangas.

I find yuri/shojo-ai an extremely repellent plot device, and actually, the same with yoai/shonen-ai. They really have to be done carefully to make them interesting and believable at all.

Not looking 4 debate but if the "untainted minds" of this site don't know what shoujo ai means, then they're not going to know what yuri means, (but from all these post, i guess they do now )

Hmm I guess shoujo Ai might be abetter term as yuri= the rude stuff doesn't it...

Sure it can be romantic, it's just that it has another side to it. I was just showing concern to the younger and possibly (but very unlikely) untainted minds of those members of this forum. It would be better to ask for references to "Romantic Manga Novels", or shojo ai.

Sorry for going offtopic here (in a way) but I don't think yuri brings in the wrong kind of person T-T it's just a romance anime (unless your going to discuss the OTHER kind) with two girls, it isn't always rude.

where else would i go for info on yuri? also, y is this the wrong place? yuri is related to anime and manga. i want to find good yuri stories so i can learn what's good to do and not good to do.

I think you should ask that question somewhere else. Personally I think this forum should be rid of stuff "over the top" <_< It's really annoying... and gives visitors the wrong impression of this place. Not to mention, attracts the wrong kind of people.
