It's quite a dramatic looking picture, has a lot of story to it. Great looking pic, though I think the proportion for the legs is off a bit. You should draw and post more!! |

Ya the proportions are off all over the place on her lol I am surprised I got them as well as I did its been so long. Pencil and paper just feels so weird now .. I keep looking up from the paper to see the monitor lol. Celeste: ummmm yaoi ? is that what I think it is? lol my translator comes up blank on that one.... Z;) laters
PS: ok more pencil madness,,, you are going to get me addicted again and that means I have to buy paper!! gasp!.. 
I liked my country girl in the big city so i cleaned the drawing up a little.

I can help with the yaoi confusion (I wouldn't google it, well, I wouldn't personally o_0 )
Yaoi = male/male Yuri = female/female @Country girl in the big city Haha, I'm gonna be pretty good commenting on this one, being from the countryside and going to visit London over the weekend (Yay), all fits the bill, apart from the gender... Anyways, a really good drawing considering the complexity of the pose (I really can't draw people looking up) Lol, I like the little car in the background! I'm glad you're getting into pencil drawing again!! |

Thank you on the Yaoi I thought I remembered it being that from somewhere but could not be sure.
Cool on the trip I hope you have a blast. One thing I have constantly done sense I started drawing here is experiment with motion and poses. I don't always go for the common poses, I try to add complexity's to them most of the time I get called on it as being a problem but thats cool it tells me what works and doesn't. Laters Vel

the first one hmmm she has really masculine legs and a really small hand the clothing on her seems to be fairly, how can i say.. stiff.. it doesnt flow like
material should
in this second one you seem to put aloooot of detail into the folds in the clothing, almost too much, well atleast on this last one, id put her in a wet tshirt comp.. but like unless shes wearing a wet tshirt, i wouldnt put that much detail in, nor those stretch creases between the breasts... i know your trying to show the form to give it a clear shae, but you can do that with less lines, alot less, alot of your work seems to be over detailed, it takes alot away from it |

Can I just ask, do you make short strokes when drawing, or medium > long?

I am a short stroke artist, to many years of oil painting I guess. I have to concentrate to use long strokes.
