Hi this is a chibi compition. Anyone can join. The rules are: all pictures must be hand-drawn and you can't do any computer drawn pictures on AT ALL!
Please remember this compition is for anyone no matter what age or skill you are.
Hope you all enjoy yourselves. The deadline is the 23 of July. Goodluck everybody.

well i wanted it to be kind of a talent thing. i mean the digital pics are really good but they are not the same as drawing in pencil and pen and the people that draw with pencil are more talented then the digital. |

I think your wrong there, samuraigirl. [[no offense]]Digital pics take just as much skill as hand-drawn ones. -_- (although I suck at both ways ^_^) Anyway,

Yea i agree with slift and sakuraharu, drawing with pencil is no way more talented than digital. They both need talent and practice. I just posted here my draw
by pencil because you said it was only with pencil, but if there was a possibility to draw digital, i would do it digital.
Oh and sorry again for my bad english :P. EDIT: Oh and another reason is that my pen is broken

That's all fine and good, but this is contests, not GD or Gallery. Please keep discussion of art philosophies tied to the pieces entered in the contests,
not regarding the rules or opinions of the contest host. It's their contest, they can host it how they like.
...But yes, I second Mangaka7's advice, you may limit entrants by imposing this rule. On the other hand, it could be a well-needed challenge for some members.

i understand that the people who draw with the computer are just as talented as the ones who draw with pencil. however as i am somebody who draws with the good
old fashioned pencil and paper. i can relate to those artists who submit thier pictures and recognise the skill in thier pictures. im sorry if it sounded as if
i was slagging off digital artists i completely undrstand how much skill it takes and i hope no one is too offended.

Chibis are much harder to perfect if you just use pencil and paper. This is where the challenge is.

Um...My entry is Bara-chan...It's my first time drawing her, so... ^^; Anyway, enjoy (If possible, it's pretty big)
