Very nice! I like them. Are you using guidelines when drawing? If not you should be, It will help you a lot with anatomy and such. For example, in some of these pictures the heads are flat or misshapen, especially with the guy playing guitar. If you drew in a guideline for the head before drawing the hair, you would find that this would fix your flat head problem. Make sure you take time when drawing hands (It looks like you rushed them in pics 1 and 4). If you don't they will turn out badly. Hands can be hard, and the only way to get better at them is to practice them. Just take a sheet of paper and start doodling different hand positions, and don't forget to use reference (i.e. your own hands!).
