Okay, here's something you really should know before posting more in these fora:
Do not say you suck (or aren't awesome or whatever) in the title of your thread. You won't get any responses that way, or if you do they will be solely negative or useless. I'm sorry, but it's true. Anyway, moving on to your drawing. Since I don't actually own this software I can't really say much on the technical aspects here... but I think you seem to be doing pretty well with those. My main suggestions would be to change the angle of the nose. In the "traditional" manga style I think you're talking about, noses aren't always drawn as if they were in profile/ 3/4 angles. There is usually some sort of shadow underneath them that makes it so that they work better with the angle for the rest of the face (if you don't quite get what I'm saying, you may want to look up some of the art from the Yu Yu Hakusho anime which is, admittedly, not very good, but does illustrate the point I'm trying to make quite well). Another think you might want to do is add some shines to the eyes--indicating your light source. Usually you'll just want one in each eye, or two--maximum (more than two and it starts looking unnatural/complicated). This can give more life to the face and make it seem less two dimensional. For the mouth I might add indication of a lower lip, since that seems to be something common in manga. The two most visible fingers (pointer/index and middle) are a bit screwy looking, especially the nails. You may want to look at your girlfriends or your own hands for reference here. This is not a style issue, but it is distracting. Usually, other than the faces, in the manga it is important to have a fairly good understanding of the human anatomy. The hair could seem more fluid, but I think there are two different schools of manga on this one. Some like to draw hair as naturally as possible and some like to just indicate the shape, soooo... if you're aiming for the latter then you shouldn't really change anything there (maybe make the lines more sure), but if you're aiming for the former then you might want to return to your model and try and make it look more natural and less clumpy. Hope that's helpful. If not just ignore it. Cheers, Nacht "If we don't stand up for the kooks, who will?"
