My advice is don't make the leading character too cool or your story might end up a mess.
a one-shot , 60 pager? remember one-shots' diff in a regular manga is the use of tones. tones in one-shot are always SQ(supreme quality, meaning it always have more tones in it)

overall design is quite good, but his goofy expression takes away from the "cool" factor. practice your proportions and folds as well. use guides to
work out the proportions, and remember to think about what kind of material the clothes are so you can figure out how it folds and moves.

Looks like an improvement to me ;]
Proportions look more realistic (it is Manga, so you can stylise things). Your creasing does have a random feel to it, like a few squiggles placed with a hopeful hand. But that's not a problem, drawing complex folds tends to be a long learning process. For future reference, the belt line is normally half way, so that often throws away some measurement hassle. Also, it's great to mark out the furthest points of the body so that you work within those boundries. Not a lot to criticise (constructively) in your latest piece, but as far as suggestions go: have a go at doing a few short sketches to map out what you're going to draw, then draw it and if you're happy with the outcome - ink it. Save inking for those drawings that you gave the most thought to ;] [Martin H. Fischer]: "Knowledge is a process of piling up facts; wisdom lies in their

oh wow that second one is a lot better! much cooler ^_^ the pose and expression suit the character's personality very well!
as light said, just practice practice practice with those folds  they're hard to get used to!

I was till feeling the original, it kind of reminded me of that 1930's American propaganda...the new one works a lot better for the traditional Manga type
art we are all going for here at MU. Nice work though, his right wrist looks a little small though, and on the same arm it looks like there is shark under his
shoulder sleeve, sorry, just a couple thoughts from a noobie.

It's certainly improved no doubt. since he's in corporate attire try reducing the wrinkles/folds in the clothes since textile for corporate attire are harder and thicker. And if he straighten his right knee his right leg would be longer than his left.

Alright you are a interesting artist. I enjoy it. But the proportions are all out of wack. The first Picture you posted was very weird. His body was broad and
normal, But his arms and legs were like twigs on a tree. The second picture of him was VERY much improved. But his feet and legs were still dis-proportional
tot he rest of him. What does this mean? PRACTICE PROPORTIONS!!!!!!!!! thank you.

A friend of mine gave me a volume of chrno crusade and in return i made this drawing  , but there's no tones in it. Since i cant do it manually because there is no store in my country that sells tones , i tried to use manga studio, but the picture doesn't load could someone tell me another program that i can add tones?

I also like your character, it really improved with the second drawing. He looks cool now (oops i didn't saw there was a next page already  )
I also like you new character but i think her legs a thin?small? (sorry don't know how to say it in english).
I really like the fan work you made to bad that i can't help you with a program where you add tones. I never worked with those programs. I only use
pencil and paper
