Well, I started drawing anime 2 weeks ago and got this as a result of reading tutorials and watching other people's work. Since I'm new to this anime thing, I would like assessments to be made regarding the drawing. This is Kitsuki Hana, my clan website's mascot. I dun have any decent details about her life but I'm pretty much sure she is aged somewhere between 10-13. |

I really like it  the ears are so cute 
I can't help you with drawing weapons, cause never draw it. I hope i can help you with this. Maybe its just me but i think the shoes are too big or too wide. Her legs are thin, so i think you should draw the shoes narrower. (is narrower a word in english? what i mean is less wide.)Hope you understand what i say. I can't wait see more of your drawings

Even if the legs are thin, and the shoes big, it only makes her look goofy and cute. I honestly find it super cute and can't see anything wrong with it.
Mittens and headgear, full of win!
I think I even know what gun she has... google tells me I'm wrong, apparently it wasn't a steyr AUG. But I digress, the drawing is good, and so is the chibi, I think you got a well made mascot that will attract attention. |

Hmm, you also got a point, I could settle in my own style too.
And the gun is a Steyr AUG, and it's the A3 SA version, instead of a scope on top, it has rails, in which could hold any kind of other scopes. |

It's not that uncommon, personally it reminds me of Dark Chronicles character style, except a bit softer.
http://www.lerpg.com/wallpapers/darkchronicle/3.jpg Although headgear-wise it makes me think of RO. The only thing I would consider changing would be the hand size, making them a bit bigger to match the feet.
